How do I become a vendor at Colorado Collectible Show?

Colorado Collectible Show operates as a weekend event, not a permanent retail space. Vendor tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are released online each week.


When do tables become available?

Table reservations typically open every Monday at 5:00 PM for the upcoming weekend. Popular weekends often sell out within minutes.


Where can I find the show inside La Plaza?

Follow the white stickers on the floor as soon as you enter the building and they will lead you right to our space.


Do I need a business license?

Vendors are not required to have a business license, however all vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable state and local tax requirements, including remitting applicable sales tax to the City of Aurora. Check out our rules and guidelines for more information.


What can I sell?

Collectibles and related merchandise are welcome, including:

  • Trading Cards
  • Sports Cards
  • Pokémon
  • Magic: The Gathering
  • Comics
  • Toys & Action Figures
  • Video Games
  • Funko Pops
  • Die-Cast Cars
  • Memorabilia
  • Other collectible items


CCS reserves the right to approve or deny any products that do not fit the event, including but not limited to snacks, clothing, etc. If you are looking to sell something outside of the above listed items, please reach out to CCS management for approval.


How do I reserve a table?

Tables must be reserved online through our reservation page. Tables cannot be reserved prior to the sale going live at 5:00 pm on Monday unless you have a long term spot.


Can I reserve the same table every week?

Long term monthly vendor options are available for qualifying vendors who attend consistently, however due to demand space is extremely limited and we are currently on a waitlist for long te. Contact CCS management for availability and details on how to apply.


Is admission free?

Yes! Admission and parking are always free for shoppers.


What are vendor setup hours?

Vendor setup begins at 9am. Detailed setup instructions are sent with your reservation confirmation.


Can I share or transfer my table?

No. Table reservations are non-transferable and may not be resold. The original purchaser must be present or have an approved team member checking in on their behalf.


What happens if I can't attend?

Please contact management as soon as possible. Refund and cancellation policies are outlined during the reservation process.


How do I get on the waitlist if tables are sold out?

When tables sell out, CCS may open additional tables or maintain a waitlist. Click on your desired show date to get added to our waitlist.
