CCS VENDOR RULES & GUIDELINES

A black and white icon of a clipboard with a checklist on it.
  • All table reservations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a show and provide advance notice, CCS management may issue a table credit to be applied toward a future show, excluding the booking fee through our ticketing platform.

  • The sale of counterfeit cards and sealed product is strictly prohibited. Any vendor found selling fake or altered cards will be asked to leave immediately and may be permanently banned from future events.

  • Replica type collectibles, toys, or novelty items (ex: Lafufu's) may be sold only if they are clearly and visibly disclosed as such to customers. This includes displaying a clear sign at the booth indicating the items are replicas/dupes and transparently communicating this to customers at the time of sale. Failure to properly disclose this may result in removal from the event.

  • Subleasing, assigning, transferring, or reselling tables is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from CCS management. Any violation may result in enforcement action at CCS's sole discretion, including but not limited to, cancellation of your reservation without refund and suspension or permanent removal from the show.

  • All vendors are expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and cooperative environment at all times. Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior towards staff, customers, or other vendors will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, verbal altercations, intimidation, or interference with another vendor's business. We reserve the right to remove any vendor from the event at our sole discretion if behavior is deemed inappropriate or harmful to the event environment. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from future shows.

  • You cannot double park in the back lot or block the fire lane.

  • Rearranging or changing of tables is not permitted without prior authorization by the CCS team.

  • Vendors may not distribute flyers, promote, or advertise other collectible/card shows/shops without prior written approval from CCS management.

  • Items for sale are limited to collectibles (trading cards, stuffed animals, custom figures, cosplay, etc.) No drug paraphernalia, weapons, or prohibited items are allowed.

  • Any merchandise outside the collectible category (such as apparel, shoes, etc.) requires prior approval from CCS management.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE GUIDELINES MAY RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF FUTURE VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES.
